How long does it take to ship and order?

PROCESSING TIME IS 3-4 WEEKS BEFORE AN ORDER IS SHIPPED.

Orders for delivery within Nigeria is sent either by Transport company (Waybill) or DHL upon full confirmation of orders and payments.
Delivery times may vary with the destination
In some cases, it may take 3 to 5 business days or longer to process your order before being shipped.
All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

All International orders for delivery out side Nigeria are sent by DHL which is between 5-8 working days.

International delivery cost $39 for 1-2kg (2 unit),any additional kg/unit you will be charged.

Deliveries are carried out from Monday -Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends).

Any custom charge’s on order must be paid by customers, we are not responsible for this charges and have no control over,custom policies and custom duties vary from country to country .

Also note that orders will not be delivered on any public holidays.

Can I change my order

If you would like to change an order, contact us at +2348103731344/kehindeesther77@yahoo.com immediately. We will do everything to accommodate your request.

Construction of unit starts 48 hours after purchase. Your orders cannot be changed after that.

Note that shipped items cannot be changed

How do you process cancellations?

There is no fee for cancellations on orders placed within 24 hours. Any cancellation for orders placed on our website over 24 hours will incur a 15% handling fee.

How can I track my order?

Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us which will include a link to retrieve your tracking number ,you can either click on the link or copy tracking number and visit www.dhl.com.ng

I placed an order but didn't get any confirmation mail

Simply check your SPAM messages/mail.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All our wigs are handmade and custom ordered. Making of the units takes roughly 3-4weeks (Monday – Friday) before an order is shipped

I don't like my order, can I return it?

These are hand made wigs and we put a lot of effort and time to satisfy all our customers, so due to the nature of the product which is custom made and the time we put in making it there are no exchange, return or refund permitted.

How do you process exchanges and refunds?

We do not accept EXCHANGE /REFUND unless we send a wrong order.

We guarantee complete satisfaction of our products, and due to the amount of time taken to manufacture these wigs, exchanges or refunds are not accepted. BUT in some rare cases where we sent out the wrong product, an exchange is accepted provided the following terms and conditions are met:

All orders must be returned in the original state lace uncut. All returns/exchanges must be made within 48 hours of recorded receipt.

Exchanges are available for products of an equal value. For exchange of products with a lesser value, a partial refund will be issued.

If item is damage by clients, we will not accept any exchange or process any refunds.

We do not credit initial shipping charges. All  return shipping charges must be prepaid.

We recommend sending your return via DHL with a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Note All Shipping cost will be paid by the “CUSTOMER” if you must return back to us.

*Please note that customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance. We appreciate your understanding.

Our site is encrypted and protected with high level SSL and yes your data are in safe hands.

Can I change my shipping address?

Shipping address can only be changed when payment is made through direct bank transfer, PayPal payment shipping address can not be changed.
