We guarantee complete satisfaction of our products, and due to the amount of time taken to manufacture these wigs, exchanges or refunds are not accepted. BUT in some rare cases where we sent out the wrong product, an exchange is accepted provided the following terms and conditions are met:
- All orders must be returned in the original state lace uncut
- All returns/exchanges must be made within 48 hours of recorded receipt.
- Exchanges are available for products of an equal value.
- For exchange of products with a lesser value, a partial refund will be issued.
- If item is damage by clients, we will not accept any exchange or process any refunds.
- We do not credit orginal shipping charges.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
- We recommend sending your return via DHL with a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Note All Shipping cost will be paid by the “CUSTOMER” if you must return back to us.
