Return policy
We guarantee complete satisfaction of our products,BUT in some rare cases where we sent out the wrong product or a defect product an exchange is accepted provided the following terms and conditions are met:
- All orders must be returned in the original state lace uncut
- Wig on un used and in the same condition you received it
- Wig must not be coloured, styled or washed,it must also be in the original packaging you received it
- All returns/exchanges must be made within 48-72 hours of recorded receipt.
- Exchanges are available for products of an equal value.
- For exchange of products with a lesser value, a partial refund will be issued.
- If item is damage by clients, we will not accept any exchange or process any refunds.
- We do not credit orginal shipping charges.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
- We recommend sending your return via DHL with a tracking number or purchase shipping insurance as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If an order is refused, shipping charges are non refundable and all restocking fees will still apply.
- If a customer refuses a package, they will be charged for any charges we incur in having the packages returned to us.
Note All Shipping cost will be paid by the “CUSTOMER” if you must return back to us.
ITEM WITH FREE SHIPPING
Returns on items that include ‘Free Shipping’ will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) to you & restocking fees will still apply. ‘Free Shipping’ will no longer apply once the item is returned. You will also be responsible for the return shipping charges, as well as the shipping charges
Orders for delivery within Nigeria is sent either by Transport company (Waybill) or FEDEX upon full confirmation of orders and payments. Delivery times may vary with the destination In some cases, it may take 3 to 5 business days or longer to process your order before being shipped. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. International orders for delivery outside Nigeria are sent by DHL EXPRESS DELIVERY, which is between 5-8 working days
SHIPPING DELAYS
It is in your best interest to not wait until last minute to place your orders. If you have a deadline or a specific time frame for when you would like your order , please order in advance to give room for unanticipated delays. Because all units are custom ordered.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, bad weather or carrier delays. Please bear in mind that holidays that fall on a business day would not be calculated as a business day and this should be applied when calculating shipping times. We entrust our courier service for on-time delivery and if by any chance, your package is delayed, there will be no reimbursement of shipping costs.
In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country’s ccustoms.Khennyesther wigs and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package.
In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as khennyesther wigs does not cover additional customs fee charges. Khennyesther is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges .Which are subject to being collected at the time of delivery by the carrier.
Please do not leave P.O boxes as addresses as DHL does not deliver to P.O boxes, all parcels must be signed for, they would not leave your package at the door.
